The Access Housing Unit is a project funded by the Homeless Agency and managed and operated by Threshold.  We provide a specialist accommodation service, which will improve the access of people who are homeless and at risk of homelessness to the private rented sector and will ensure that both landlords and tenants are facilitated, where possible, in sustaining the tenancy.

We source private rented accommodation on the open market based on a persons rent supplement entitlements.

In an effort to ensure that our service is accessible to those who need it we have changed our referral procedure and will now deal directly with clients on a self referral basis.
