section 4 title: lease agreement

A landlord must at least provide you with a rent book, which you keep. Rent books can be bought from Threshold. All payments should be recorded in your rent book or by receipt if you have a lease.

Lease agreements must comply with the Residential Tenancies Act 2004. If you are offered a written lease agreement or contract read it carefully and make sure you are happy with all the terms. Consider whether you will stay for the whole period. If you do not understand the lease contact Threshold for advice before signing.
