Mark Brangam
Mark Brangam is an Associate Partner in EY’s (Ernst and Young) Risk Advisory Practice. Mark supports banking, leasing, insurance and corporate clients with enterprise risk management, corporate governance and regulatory best practice, internal audit and financial operations improvement. Mark, a native of Moira, County Down, trained as a Chartered Account following completion of an LLB from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. In addition to his role on the Board, Mark will be joining the Audit and Risk Committee.
Geoff Byrne
Geoff has worked in Tesco for over 30 years and has held a variety of lead roles across retail, people and project-based management functions. He assumed his current position as Chief Operating Officer in June 2014
Laura Harmon
Laura Harmon is the Executive Director of the Irish Council for International Students and she has extensive board experience. She was president of the Union of Students in Ireland in 2014/2015 and has spent most of her career working in the NGO sector.

Martin Whelan is Head of Public Affairs and Communications for the NTMA, he has over twenty years’ experience across a number of senior communications, media relations, public affairs and policy development executive positions in the real estate and construction, agri-food, and management consultancy sectors.
