Digital Fundraising Officer

Every day, Threshold’s specialised housing advisors prevent families from losing the heartbeat of their lives – their family home. We couldn’t do this crucial life-changing work without the public’s support.

We are now recruiting for a Digital Fundraising Officer. As a core member of the Fundraising Team, the Digital Fundraising Officer will work with the Fundraising Team in leading out on all digital fundraising and marketing activities and champion digital fundraising across the organisation and maximise digital fundraising opportunities through social media channels, website, and online advertising.

This is an important role in the Fundraising Team to help ensure we have the resource and expertise needed to set up and run digital fundraising campaigns from start to finish, and fully support all fundraising and donor recruitment campaigns online.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a valuable contribution to Threshold’s work. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and professional individual who has a passion to raise much-needed funds for Threshold’s work and who is ambitious in their role.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in developing and delivering online fundraising campaigns, managing recruitment and retention through digital channels, including email, search and display. Our goal is to improve all our digital fundraising effectiveness and explore the potential for expanding digital fundraising activities, this role is designed to explore the potential for new digital fundraising campaigns and maximise the effectiveness of current digital fundraising activity and return on investment.

Post conditions

12 Month Fixed Term Contract. 37.5 hours per week.
The role is subject to the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
22 days’ annual leave entitlement.
Salary: DOE

Threshold, First Floor 25/28, Strand Street Great, Dublin 1.
As a result of Covid-19 working from home will also be an essential requirement of this role until Threshold return to office protocols are activated.
